E. L. WALTERS Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. was formed in late 1982, but for accounting reasons the official first day of business was January 1, 1983. The business was incorporated 3 years later. The President, E. Lon Walters had been in the air conditioning & heating business for several years, working for various companys in Evansville, Indiana area. When he decided, with his wife's support, that he would start his own company. His wife, Peggy Walters was employed at that time as a corporate accountant for U. S. Steel. Three years later Mrs. Walters started working full time with her husband. We have been in business for 27 years now and we continue to do what we do best. And that is provide the best service to our customers in the tri-state area.
